Your new responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform, calibrate, and maintain measurement tools to ensure accuracy and traceability & provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Metrology department.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required. 
  • Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. 
  • Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality). 
  • Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills & competencies for line sustaining activities.
  • Work closely with Metrology Engineers to translate product requirements into KPIs and implement corrective actions for process or machine issues. 


What we look for


  • Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of hands-on experience in FOL metrology tools such as Defect Scanning (KLA/Unity/Onto) tools and measurement (CD/OVL/Bow/Roughness/Zeta) tools.
  • Able to work in rotating shift pattern. 
  • Fluent in English & Malay both in verbal and writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Words.
