Your new responsibilities

  • Applies fully developed technical knowledge and concepts within a functional area to complete assignments.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain wafer sort equipment, with a specific focus on TEL Precio Octo and TEL WDF 12DP+ Wafer Probers.
  • Work with cross functional team on Wafer Sort Equipment installation and qualification.
  • Provide technical support to operators and engineers, offering guidance and expertise to resolve equipment-related challenges.
  • Timely reporting of Wafer Sort equipment engineering KPI and generation of improvement plans to support KPI's
  • Perform calibration of wafer sort equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance task and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.


Who we are looking for


  • Diploma on Electronics, electromechanical or mechanical technology graduate or any engineering degree
  • With 4+ years’ experience in Wafer Sort Equipment Engineering specifically on TEL and Electroglass probers
  • Can directly handles TEL Precio Octo, TEL WDF12DP+ and Electroglass wafer probers for Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience in wafer sort equipment engineering and project innovation to improve quality and efficiency.
