Your new responsibilities

  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Operation
  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT-- Setup/ Conversion
  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT-- Recipe creation
  • Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT-- Repair
  • Maintain 5S for machine and working environment                                                      
  • Maintain machine and working environment ready for audit
  • Support improvement project


Who we are looking for


  • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Technical college / Vocational college
  • Understanding mechanical components (A), Troubleshooting & Problem Solving (B) understanding of Electrical & Electronic systems (B)
  • Equivalent or Min of working experience
