•Leads and coordinates all activities during the ramp‑up phase of new product launches, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into mass production.
•Identifies, addresses, resolves, or escalates risks early in the project phase that could impact the customer ramp‑up schedule.
•Ensures product, process, and supply chain readiness to meet customer requirements throughout the ramp‑up period.
•Ensures production capacity, Bill of Materials (BOM), and manufacturing readiness are fully aligned with internal production sites and subcontractors.
•Engages early with development teams and serves as a key member of the project core team, focusing on the industrialization of new products.
•Drives close cross‑functional collaboration with business line, production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and purchasing teams.
•Ensures product release maturity aligns with the customer’s ramp‑up plan and program milestones.
•Maintains product cost targets throughout the project lifecycle and supports cost‑optimization activities.
•Supports and contributes to sourcing strategy decisions early in the project phase within a cross‑functional team (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, project management, etc.)
•Review production performance (yield, UPH) of engineering and production material and define and execute yield roadmaps.
•Supports excursion management (Root cause analysis, 8D, task-force,...)

Who we are looking for

•Technical University/University of Applied Sciences in electronics, telematics, physics or equivalent areas
•>5 years experience in Semiconductor industry with a solid understanding of integrated circuit development and manufacturing processes (design, fabrication, packaging, test).
•Practical experience with optical sensors beneficial.
•>3 years experience in project management
•Highly structured and organized way of working
•High self-organizing skills and team player
•Fluent in Mandarin and English
