Your new responsibilities

  • Managing of Frontend Waferlevel Supplier relationship
  • Assuring capacity at supplier covering our demand
  • Interface for New Product Introduction to Supplier
  • Interface for High Volume Manufacturing
  • Work with Internal Business Line groups to understand product roadmap and marketing requirements


Who we are looking for


Master Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
7+ years of experience in CMOS semiconductor industry
Work experience in managing CMOS frontend suppliers
Experience with wafer level optical coating welcome.
Experience of working in international teams
Proficiency in Mandarin and English language
