Your new responsibilities

  • Drive continuous yield improvement by analysing data, identifying root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support product and process improvements that achieve yield goals
  • Prepare and present yield performance reports ensuring clear analysis and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Apply AI and data analytics to enhance yield prediction, detect process anomalies, and optimize manufacturing performance
  • Lead process integration efforts and deploy lessons learned to support successful new product ramps
  • Execute all tasks assigned by the Manager with diligence and accountability


Who we are looking for


  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics or related Engineering fields.
  • 1 year in Product Engineering role or Semiconductor manufacturing or product/test engineering
  • 1 year in cross functional teams’ collaboration and communication
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and internship experience are also welcome to apply.
