Your new responsibilities

  • Scheduling and organizing interviews including booking of rooms & catering services; 

  • Communicating with candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience; 

  • Supporting the process of travel cost settlement; 

  • Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers on various hiring needs; 

  • Performing administrative tasks in HR systems; 

  • Updating process documentation according to current guidelines.  


Who we are looking for

  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level); 

  • Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in HR, psychology, linguistics, business, or related fields; 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; 

  • Self-driven, meticulous, structured, and eager to learn; 

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); 

  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or corporate environment will be considered an asset.
