- Responsible for offer tracking, order processing, customer master data accuracy and communication with the assigned customers, ams OSRAM plants, logistic partners and our associated companies as well as affiliated quality departments in the region
- Order processing via scheduling agreements and individual orders according to the internal guidelines on the SAP systems
- Consignment warehouse processing with inventory management and inventory control as well as inventory recording where applicable
- Initiation and handling of samples and sampling processes in accordance with specifications
- Application of national and international tax legislation (VAT guidelines) in the context of export processing and ensuring the delivery service through contact with internal logistics offices and monitoring of delivery reliability
- Telephone and personal customer service/customer correspondence
- Receivables and credit management support, as well as tracking of open items and invoice controls (e.g. forwarding and service provider invoices, customer charges)
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable degree/studies
- Excellent command of German and English language, written and spoken
- Several years of professional experience in the field of customer service or logistics
- Proficiency in SAP
- Independent and structured way of working, skillful handling of external and internal stakeholders as well as customers
- Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
