Your new responsibilities

  • Ensure stable and reliable daily operation of SPC systems (SPACE, STARGATE, SQM) with high system availability in a manufacturing-critical environment.
  • Provide technical leadership across manufacturing sites and drive long-term strategy
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, maintenance and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead global system standardization and define best practices
  • Drive Troubleshooting with systematic root cause analysis methods
  • Act as technical interface to software vendor, align on root cause analysis and system upgrades
  • Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team


What we look for


  • Education background & Industry exposure 
    Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Years of experience 
    3+ years of relevant working experience in IT operation and maintenance. Familiar with applications in manufacturing or enterprise environments and possessing experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
  • Essential knowledge and professional skills
  • Advanced knowledge of IT operation and maintenance. Very good knowledge of Linux and databases (e.g., SQL and database operations). Good knowledge of JAVA is beneficial.
  • Other must-have requirements (leadership, IT, language…) 
    Good communication and written skills in English, strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    Strong ownership mentality, reliability, resilience and a systematic way of working. Ability to drive sustainable solutions through standardization and root cause problem solving.
  • Other nice-to-have requirements 
    Experience with SPC or manufacturing-related systems
