• Technical & Strategy : Relates Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for cross-functional initiatives. Defines and executes improvement activities to enhance process efficiency, with a focus on reducing cycle time.
• Acts as a bridge between R&D EBT and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment across functions.
• Provides mentorship to the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guidance to support skill development and performance improvement.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement by leading Kaizen events and proposing innovative ideas to sustain and enhance operational efficiency.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically a minimum of 3-5 years of total experience in R&D, process development, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• 2-3 years in a technical leadership or project management capacity.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leading a team.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is often required.
• Strong knowledge in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to optimize data flow and production control
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis, Power Bll, and AI
• Strong communication skill
