The vision of ams OSRAM is to inspire people with innovative light and sensor solutions, shaping applications across automotive, industrial, medical, and communication markets.
Sales Operations, Analytics & Enablement plays a critical role as a strategic business partner to the sales organization, enabling sustainable growth through data-driven insights, performance steering, and continuous improvement of the sales engine.

For our AMEC region, we are looking for a Head of Sales Operations, Analytics & Enablement to act as a trusted advisor and challenger to regional sales leadership, with a clear focus on driving revenue and DWIN growth.
This role combines strategic business partnering, performance steering through analytics and funnel insights, and driving sales effectiveness across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business decisions, challenging the status quo, and ensuring disciplined execution.

The position reports into Global Sales Operations, Analytics & Enablement and works in close alignment with regional leadership as well as central Sales Operations teams.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders (RVP level)
  • Proven track record as a trusted business partner in a sales-driven environment
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions

  • Hands-on and pragmatic, with a clear focus on impact and outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering & Performance Steering
  • Act as a strategic business partner to AMEC sales leadership
  • Support and challenge the business to drive revenue and DWIN growth
  • Drive performance discussions through fact-based insights, challenge, and active steering
  • Support prioritization, opportunity management, and business decision-making
  • Bring transparency to performance, risks, and opportunities

Business Insight & Analytics

  • Translate data into actionable insights to guide business decisions
  • Strengthen funnel visibility, quality, and predictability
  • Drive data-driven sales steering and support business reviews
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

Sales Effectiveness & Enablement

  • Drive initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and productivity
  • Reduce complexity and friction in processes and tools
  • Support adoption of best practices and standard ways of working
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the sales operating model

Regional–Global Alignment

  • Ensure alignment with global Sales Operations strategies, tools, and standards
  • Bring regional perspectives into global initiatives and support local execution

Preferred Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
  • Strong experience in business partnering with senior sales leadership
  • Proven track record in analytics, performance steering, and funnel management
  • Experience in a regional or international business environment
  • Strong analytical capability and structured problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
