Mission of position: Responsible for the development and expansion of the ams OSRAM business in the region, and lead partners to successful target achievements
- Executing the sales strategy for the region, mapping clients by segments to determine tactics and actions
- Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts
- Elaborating sales planning for key accounts
- Pursue quality and customer satisfaction
- Designing Plan Marketing actions in conjunction with Distributors
- Managing leads and opportunities through Sales Force for funnel analysis
- Reporting over data on sales, projects won / lost and market projections through Sales Force and business reviews
- Managing distribution accounts, providing support for pending management issues
- Promoting demand creation with distributors and managing the customers coverage through them
- Organizing monthly business reviews for the focused accounts and QBR's including Mass Markets and new leads with Distributors
- Explore new opportunities across the region, towards new applications, new markets in all countries
- Make sure all invoices for direct customers are respecting our Terms and Conditions
- Comply with local office policies
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Engineer and post degree desirable in Business Administration or Marketing
- Experience with semiconductors in eletronic industry, and more specifically on opto semiconductors - minimum 5 years
- Proven Sales skills
- Proven Management skills - minimum 5 years on Management position and preferably on working with Distribution
- Microsoft Office/ SAP / CRM / Sales Force
- Fluent English
