Your new responsibilities

 

Mission of position: Responsible for the development and expansion of the ams OSRAM business in the region, and lead partners to successful target achievements  

                                                         

  • Executing the sales strategy for the region, mapping clients by segments to determine tactics and actions                    
  • Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts
  • Elaborating sales planning for key accounts                
  • Pursue quality and customer satisfaction                        
  • Designing Plan Marketing actions in conjunction with Distributors
  • Managing leads and opportunities through Sales Force for funnel analysis
  • Reporting over data on sales, projects won / lost and market projections through Sales Force and business reviews
  • Managing distribution accounts, providing support for pending management issues
  • Promoting demand creation with distributors and managing the customers coverage through them                            
  • Organizing monthly business reviews for the focused accounts and QBR's including Mass Markets and new leads with Distributors            
  • Explore new opportunities across the  region, towards new applications, new markets in all countries                        
  • Make sure all invoices for direct customers are respecting our Terms and Conditions
  • Comply with local office policies
     


Who we are looking for


  • Degree in Engineer and post degree desirable in Business Administration or Marketing    
  • Experience with semiconductors in eletronic industry, and more specifically on opto semiconductors - minimum 5 years
  • Proven Sales skills
  • Proven Management skills - minimum 5 years on Management position and preferably on working with Distribution    
  • Microsoft Office/ SAP / CRM / Sales Force    
  • Fluent English
