Your new responsibilities

  • Ensure all equipment under the Test Floor operates efficiently, maintaining high Test and Vision Yields.
  • Perform setup and buy-off of equipment prior to endorsement to production.
  • Troubleshoot and repair test equipment within the Test Maintenance Department.
  • Support upgrades and conversions for Test and Tape & Reel equipment, particularly on SRM handlers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience with Test, Tape & Reel equipment, preferably SRM models.
  • Provide regular shift reports detailing daily activities, equipment downtimes, and corrective actions taken.
  • Drive improvements in MUBA and UPH metrics for Test and Tape & Reel equipment.
  • Prepare one-page reports for major downtime incidents, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and other departments requiring maintenance support for Test, Tape & Reel equipment.
  • Interpret and understand technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.


Who we are looking for


  • Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical course.
  • Willing to work in 12 hours rotating day / night shifts on a monthly schedule.
