- Plan, coordinate and evaluate process and device reliability qualification for new and modified semiconductor technologies
- Define and execute wafer-level reliability (WLR), accelerated stress and lifetime testing, including test conditions and acceptance criteria
- Analyze reliability data, degradation mechanisms and failure modes to establish lifetime models, safe operating conditions and reliability risks
- Drive reliability risk assessments, root-cause investigations and continuous improvement, providing recommendations to Technology Development, R&D and Manufacturing
- Develop and maintain reliability methodologies and monitoring strategies, and document qualification results and technical conclusions
Who we are looking for
- MSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, CMOS processes and physical reliability/degradation mechanisms
- Experience with semiconductor reliability testing, preferably including WLR, accelerated testing, statistical data analysis and lifetime modelling
- Knowledge of relevant reliability methodologies and mechanisms such as TDDB, BTI, HCI, electromigration and stress Migration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, combined with a proactive, independent working style and ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English is required, good German is beneficial
