As Principal Requirements Engineer – ALM & Compliance Leader, you will take a strategic and technical leadership role to ensure excellence in processes and tools. Your governance responsibilities include:
- Define the global ALM architecture in PTC Codebeamer, ensuring scalability, , and end-to-end traceability
- Design workflows, trackers, and dashboards to meet international standards such as ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and ASPICE
- Establish corporate templates and processes for audits and certifications, reducing time and risk
- Lead complex integrations with external tools (Cadence Virtuoso, PLM, CI/CD, Jira) via REST APIs
- Automate critical processes using Python, including:
- Custom report and dashboard generation
- Scripts for integration with pipelines and external systems
- Optimization of quality and compliance metrics
- Act as a technical reference and mentor, training teams in ALM best practices and requirements management
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in development processes for semiconductor and critical systems projects

Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or any related field
- 8+ years in requirements management and process leadership for semiconductor, automotive, or complex electronic systems projects
- Proven track record in ALM and compliance initiatives in regulated environments
- Advanced proficiency in PTC Codebeamer (architecture, workflows, compliance templates, reporting) or a functionally similar tool
- Python programming for automation and REST API integration
- Knowledge of EDA environments (Cadence Virtuoso) and integration tools (PLM, CI/CD, Jira)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- A mindset grounded in strategic vision, strong technical leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement
