Your new responsibilities

-Be responsible for production data collection, classification, archive and document management.
-Assist to complete the daily shopfloor report, and weekly & monthly analysis report, operation cost summary and so on.
-Be responsible for arrangements for employee on board & resignment and employee attendance record. 
-Be responsible for maintaining employee information and handling change application (e.g, shift teams, approvers, cost centers, etc.), and make sure the submitted information is correct.
-Be responsible for the daily management of female employees in the third phase of the department to ensure that their attendance complies with RBA requirements.
-Communicate with each shift supervisor, verify abnormal attendance situations of employees, and coordinate attendance adjustments due to special cases (such as employee emergency, urgent production tasks, etc.)
-Duty in distribution and management for office supplies.
-Assist manager to EHS related management.




What we look for


-Education background: Advanced Vocational or above
-3 Years or above related experience
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office software for reports and emails
-Good at English writing
