Your new responsibilities

-Formulate and align a local test technology, process and equipment strategy for Test Handling, Test Measurement and Optical Calibration Lab with local stakeholder (R&D & BE production) as well as global R&D test strategy. 
-Development and qualify test handling and test measurement solutions concepts and introduction in BE production. 
-Lead the governance framework for local optical calibration to ensure consistent, compliant and robust execution of technical procedures/methods and continuous improvement. 
-Plan and manage the R&D budget and resources for testing technology development projects. 
-Manages local project portfolio with clear role and responsibility related to test handling, test measurement technology and process integration. 
-Define department's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and to ensure all are on-track.
-Supervising, coaching, managing and motivating department members on a day-to-day basis. 
-Maintain department training matrix together with Human Resource (HR), plan training budget and training execution. 
-Continuous improvement of team’s efficiency and quality measure. 
-Develop and maintain close cooperation with R&D, BE production and quality. 


What we look for


-Bachelor Degree or Master in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering related Science and Engineering major
-Minimum 10 years working experience in leading semiconductor backend multiple test engineering discipline
-Experience in the backend semiconductor and LED industry is preferred 
-Leading large group of operative staff with span of control more than 10 direct reports
-Has developed resilient networking among peers and strives to expand them beyond functional and regional boundaries
-Experience in provides consultation, guidance and work direction to others. Experience in cross functional project management
-Excellent Leadership capabilities; Excellent Creativity; Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills; Excellent Robust Analytical and Trouble Shooting Skills; Excellent Written Report and Presentation Skills; Excellent Self Continuous Learning behavior
-IT skills: Microsoft Office 365 
-English Level: Skilled in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
-Others: Strong Motivation; Willing to Learn Attitude; Communication Skill; Presentation and Report Compilation Skill
