Your new responsibilities

  • Define and execute category strategy, including sourcing, strategy, supplier selection, business reviews and consolidation (KPI: Cost savings, Category Strategy)
  • Lead commercial negotiations and cost management
  • Manage supplier performance and governance, ensuring structured engagement model
  • Act as escalation owner for supplier issues (cost, quality, delivery, technical conflicts, strategy) and drive timely resolution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (PD, SOM, QM, SCM and BU) to ensure aligned supplier interface
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, ensuring business continuity
  • Drive supplier development and strategic partnership initiatives


What we look for


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field; experience in electronics / semiconductor / EMS preferred
  • Minimum 7–10 years in procurement/purchasing, category management, or supplier management
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen; understanding of cost structures, supply chain, and manufacturing processes; experience in subcon/external manufacturing management
  • Firm and assertive personality; strong escalation management capability; high ownership mindset; strong stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin language capability
  • Experience in global sourcing strategy; exposure to cost improvement and contract management
