Your new responsibilities

-Responsible for equipment major down case trouble shooting to minimize impact to mass production;

-Perform machine preventive maintenance activities per scheduled and specified;
-Machine performance (OEE/MTBF/MTBA) analysis and report to engineer regularly;
-Work with vendor/PE on new or transfer machine setup, buyoff, and finish EPCCL within due date;
-Support engineer on machine performance improvement activities (machine upgrading/retrofit etc.);
-Assist engineer on documentation of machine related;
-Assist engineer on training material preparing and perform training for new technicians;
-Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;


What we look for


-College degree or above on Mechatronics, Electronic automation, mechanical manufacturing etc.;
-5 years or above related equipment maintenance experience;
-Can read electrical/circuit diagrams and use multimeter, oscilloscope etc.;
-Familiar with the theory and application of electrical;
-Can read/write English, good report skill; 
-Familiar with office software and PC hardware; 
-If involved special equipment, X-ray and other special positions, must hold the certificate according to the regulations; Basic knowledge --of chemical safety is required if chemical handling positions are involved;
