Your new responsibilities

-Lead and drive activities to meet the KPI of quality, delivery and cost in Die Sort area;
-Analysis company’s KPI and break down actions to the departments, and follow up as coordinator in Die Sort ;
-Work with other departments on continuous improvement of quality, delivery, cost and 6S in Die Sort area;
4.Build team and drive team growth by developing team members;
5.Backup for manager in absent;
6.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.


What we look for


1. Bachelor degree or above with related major;
2. 8+ years relevant industry experience, familiar with semiconductor industry's technological process;
3. Good command of English preferable;
4. Good command of tools, such as FMEA, SPC, CP, 8D etc. 
5. Good communication and cross functional coordination skills;
6. 5+ years managerial experience.
