- Define, deploy, and continuously improve the Lean Governance framework and roadmap.
- Lead production system assessments and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
- Drive implementation of Lean principles, flow optimization, bottleneck balancing, product-tool matching, and workforce productivity improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and train Green Belts, Black Belts, engineers.
- Analyze operational data to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What we look for
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operational excellence, industrial engineering, production systems, or continuous improvement.
- Experience in Lean Governance, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and change management.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation projects and delivering significant business impact.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience in Power BI, Data Analytics Statistics Knowledge, DMAIC problem-solving skills, understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
